XY-Axis Maintenance

Wipe X-axis rail with alcohol cloth (both sides)

Apply lubricating OIL to X-axis rail

Move toolhead left-right 4-6 times

Clean both Y-axis linear rods with alcohol

Apply lubricating OIL to Y-axis rods

Move toolhead front-back to distribute

Vortek System

Clean inductive hotend latch, apply oil

Wipe hotend rack surface and docks

Clean 6 laser-etched calibration marks

Lubricate 4 rack linear rods

Switch L/R nozzles 3-5 times via screen

Enclosure

Wipe inner walls and front door

Clean purge wiper of filament residue

Clear waste from chamber bottom

Every 3 Months

Z-Axis Maintenance

Clean all 3 lead screws (left, right, rear)

Clean all 3 linear rods

Apply GREASE to lead screws (threaded)

Apply OIL to linear rods (smooth)

Move bed up/down 3-4 times via screen

Other

Clean 4-1 PTFE adapter (disassemble if needed)

Check belt tension

Run full calibration

Laser Module Deep CleanWhen Prompted

Remove air nozzle with quick release tool

Clean laser lens with alcohol + lint-free cloth

Remove cover screws, clean fan blades

Clean heatsink fins with brush

Clean flame sensor and temperature sensor
